How to Take Care of Your Skin


By The Name of Allah The merciful We Begin

 
My subject today is

I always get asked these questions and no matter how much i talk about it in my instagram account, the same questions are repeated and asked again , so I decided that I'm gonna write a blog about it so it can a source for everyone


your skin is reflection of your beauty 




it has simple steps



first you have to understand your skin 
what does it respond to and what could affect it

our inner self can affect it like
our psychological condition
our eating habbits
hormones
how you sleep and how much you sleep
outside factors
the weather
exposure to the sun,dust and the sea

 now lets explain some of the main points
if your psychological condition is at stake and you're stressing yourself out, over-thinking and not taking care of your mental health and not relaxing enough
your  skin will be affected and it will pale
no matter how muvh you use masks and creams, it will not work unless your inner self is at peace
try to be happy and optimistic
that will reflect your skin and you will notice the changes


our second point is;
if you drink a lot of soft drinks and eat fast food more than healthy food,
and eating too much chocolate and carbs
it is normal for your skin to show acne 
try eating healthy foor for 2 weeks and stay away from soft drinks 
your skin will completely change
the acne will disappear and your skin will be fresh

Hormones
if your hormones are off the charts or not balanced
estrogen
progesterone 
etc
they affect the health of your skin
their increase or decrease can reflect on your skin and hair
if you notice; a pregnant woman's hair is so different from before and after she gives birth
and when you're on your period the skin changes from before and after the period ends
if you're not pregnant and your hormones are not balanced you should consult your doctor  


staying up late:
it cause the skin to be pale,dry and tired
eye bags and wrinkles around your eyes
because of cycle of hydrogen and oxygen during the night
try sleeping early and notice the change~



outside factors and the environment that surrounds you and the weather:
people who live in a humid weather have skin that is a lot different than the skin of people who live in a dry weather 
people who live in coastal areas have more lively skin because of the iodine that surrounds them in the weather
the weather affects our skin so much so if you're standing under the sun, working
you better protect your skin by applying some sunscreen
 

to sum it up: 
most important factors for a healthy skin


being happy and optimistic 
going ahead in life with a pure heart and happiness that consumes you
making time for yourself and relaxing 
drinking a lot of water
eating balanced meals and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables
staying away as much as possible from sweets and fried food 
applying sunscreen whenever you're under a hot sun
don't stay up too late if you absolutely don't have to
vitamin A that you can find in carrots
omega 3 is really important for the skin
the secret to a beautiful skin is vitamin E and C
always choose the best creams that contains these vitamins


I hope these essential points can help you start your journey to a clear, healthy skin
